A. Prior to the Construction:
At this stage, most of the clients require submission drawings to be submitted to their respective building authority. Some cases demand bi-furcating of their plot. D-Cube has the capability to assist their clients in all demanding cases as well as consulting them with do’s and not to do’s, which provides proper guidance to keep on the right track. B. During the Construction:
Commonly when a building is purchased or the owner decides to upgrade his/her existing residential/commercial the building then the owner must have to get approval from their respective building authority first. In that case, D- Cube offers their documentation service to allows their client to submit the following cases namely; Addition/Alteration, Regularization, or sometimes Re submission against their existing and approved building plans i.e. submission drawing.
C. Post Construction:
After the Construction process, the most demanded case is completion. With most of the approved and annually maintained licenses, D-Cube can prepare the completion drawing and submit the completion case into the respective building authority.
